聚焦营养与健康 创新发展海洋食品产业

摘要:社会发展日新月异,人民生活水平不断提高,人们对生活质量以及食品安全的要求也不断提高,随着市场经济的不断发展,食品工业发展迅速,食品种类日益丰富,食品安全问题也随之增多,对人们的生命财产安全造成了危害。本文从营养与健康角度对海洋食品产业的创新发展进行了分析和探讨,对于提高食品安全性具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: Social development is changing with each passing day, and people’s living standards are continuously improving. At the same time, people’s demands for quality of life and food safety are constantly increasing. Especially under the current environment, due to the continuous development of the market economy, food problems continue to occur. People’s lives and property safety have caused serious harm. This article is a combination of nutrition and health, the current innovation and development of the marine food industry has been continuously analyzed and discussed, for improving food safety has a certain reference value.
