河南省工业能源效率研究

摘要:“十三五”时期是河南省经济发展的攻坚阶段,在保持经济中高速增长的基础上,创建绿色宜居环境、确保2020年能源消费总量不超过2.67亿吨标准煤是当前的主要任务。因此,有效提高能源利用效率,实现节能降耗目标的意义重大。文章针对河南省工业行业能源消耗情况,以2006-2015年河南省18地市级面板数据为基础,构造DEA-malmquist指数模型测算河南省工业能源效率。结果表明,技术进步对河南省工业能源效率提高具有促进作用,工业规模效率变化极不稳定,最优规模仍在探索之中。

Abstract: During the period of “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” (2016-2020), it was the crucial stage of economic development in Henan Province: The economy continued to maintain its high-speed growth while the total energy consumption did not exceed 267 million tons of standard coal, creating a green and livable environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to effectively increase energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption.According to the energy consumption of the industrial sector in Henan Province, the paper uses the DEA-malmquist index model to measure the industrial energy efficiency of Henan Province based on the panel data of 18 cities and cities in Henan Province from 2006 to 2015. The results show that technological progress has a positive effect on the improvement of industrial energy efficiency in Henan Province; the industrial scale efficiency change is extremely unstable, and the optimal scale is still being explored.
