基于城市综合开发运营业务的薪酬机制研究

摘要:本研究旨在通过总结行业一般性规律,以人才梳理和甄别为核心,以市场化为导向,探索和研究出与城市综合开发运营业务相适应的薪酬激励机制,为城市综合开发运营企业快速扩张、实现长期稳定发展、夯实人才后备队伍提供理论支持。

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to sum up the general laws of the industry, to focus on talent selection and screening, and to market-oriented, to explore and develop a compensation incentive mechanism that is compatible with the city’s integrated development and operation business, and to develop and operate integrated cities for the city. To achieve rapid expansion and long-term, stable development, and to provide support for theoretical support to the contingent of talented personnel backup teams.
