人力资源管理系统的设计与实现

摘要:当前,随着计算机普及率的不断提升,互联网应用已渗透到企业管理和生产中的各个领域,这些都离不开信息和数据库的支持。尤其在企业人力资源管理系统中,数据库的良好运作对于人力资源的高效管理发挥着重要作用,高效便捷、功能丰富的人力资源管理系统有助于企业提高管理效率,有效吸引、激励人才,切实提高企业经营效益和市场竞争力。

Abstract: At present, the universality of the use of microcomputers in China is very high, and the development speed of the Internet is also very fast. All of these require databases as support. The significance of developing a management system in a company’s management system is very significant, and it has a high usage rate. An excellent information management system can help the company quickly resolve many drawbacks and have high performance. Due to the large market demand, there are a large number of various types of human resource management products in the moment, and they can indeed bring tangible benefits to the company.
