Abstract: The emergence of cross-border e-commerce has broadened the marketing channels of China’s import and export trade, stimulated domestic and foreign consumer markets, and proposed new definitions for consumption upgrades. The article introduced the development status of cross-border e-commerce in China, and established a grey relational model based on relevant data of cross-border e-commerce and social and economic aggregates from 2011 to 2016, and studied the degree of correlation between the two. The study found that the order of the impact of cross-border e-commerce development on various factors was online payment, GDP, network penetration rate, trade export volume, total foreign trade volume, and trade import value, among which online payment and cross-border e-commerce. The development has the closest connection and shows that the development of cross-border e-commerce has a positive impact on China’s economic growth.
